cst no recibir correos en la aplicaron mail desde que activo su iPhone 6 con el correo
se le explica que no tiene relación el correo en el mac con el iPhone
se le explica que debe cancelar PPI para ayuda en linea
se suministra pagina de soporte técnico
cst intentara con la pagina y en caso de no poder nos llamara y comprara el ppi
se confirmo que no ha cambiado la clave del correo y que puede ingresar en el correo desde internet en el servidor
