This paper aims to analyze the management, guidance and supervision of school: the inter relationship in the educational process, aiming to identify the contributions of these segments in the educational process, and define the importance of the management, guidance and supervision of school. To show how important the interrelationship of these segments to the teaching learning of students.The subject of our study are teachers and the manager of the school. Methodologically is based on action research, carried out by means of theoretical study and field research. The theoretical study emphasized the studies of the authors: Andrade (2004), gadotti (1994), nérici (1978) and Vasconcellos (2002).In the field research we seek information through semi structured interview applied to the subject mentioned above. After analysis, we demonstrated the importance of the participative management guided by the guidance counselor and supervisor of school and we highlight the following conclusions: the supervisor and the supervisor of school are of fundamental importance in the school of public network.Because if they make the pedagogic supervision necessary to teachers will make it easier to work the pedagogical proposal, because due to this achievement the school has significant proposals aimed at the quality of the education process of students.
