Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a Gestão, Orientação e Supervisão Escolar: A inter-relação no processo educativo, visando Identificar quais as contribuições desses segmentos no processo educativo, estabelecendo definir qual a importância da Gestão, Orientação e Supervisão Escolar. Mostrar como é importante a inter-relação desses segmentos para o ensino aprendizado dos alunos. Os sujeitos de nosso estudo são: professoras e a gestor da escola. Metodologicamente pauta-se na pesquisa-ação, desenvolvida por meio de estudo teórico e pesquisa de campo. O estudo teórico enfatizou os estudos dos autores: Andrade(2004), Gadotti (1994), Nérici (1978) e Vasconcellos (2002). Na pesquisa de campo buscamos informações através da entrevista semi-estruturada aplicada aos sujeitos acima citados. Após análise evidenciamos a importância da gestão participativa norteada pelo orientador educacional e o supervisor escolar e destacamos as seguintes conclusões: O orientador e o supervisor escolar são de fundamental importância na escola da rede pública, pois se eles realizarem o acompanhamento pedagógico necessário os educadores terão mais facilidade em trabalhar a proposta pedagógica, porque em razão dessa conquista a escola terá propostas significativas voltadas para a qualidade do processo educativo dos alunos.

This study aims to analyze the management, guidance and School Supervision: the interrelation in the educational process, to identify what are the contributions of these segments in the educational process, establishing set how important the management, Guidance and supervision. Show how important the interrelation of these segments for teaching student learning. The subject of our study are: teachers and school managers. Methodologically it is guided on action research, developed through theoretical study and field research. The theoretical study emphasized the studies authors: Andrade (2004), Gadotti (1994), Nérici (1978) and Vasconcellos (2002). In the field research we seek information through structured interviews applied to the subject mentioned above. After analysis showed the importance of participatory management guided by the educational Advisor and supervisor and we highlight the following findings: the school counselor and supervisor are of fundamental importance in public school because if they carry out the necessary pedagogical accompaniment educators will have an easier time working the pedagogical proposal, because in this achievement the school will have significant proposals focused on the quality of the educational process of the students.Keywords: management, supervision, Guidance and educational process.
