tengo mucho problemas con la llamad

tengo mucho problemas con la llamada ya he llamado 4 veces y se cae

se le suministro el tlf y el caso a la cst
ella nos llamara desde un fijo para ayudarla

en la aplicacion contactos al seleccionar el contacto no le aparece la opción de editar para poder eliminar el contacto
