cst esta activando el tlf con otra tarjeta sim y no recibe el código por ser esa misma tarjeta la que debe recibir el codigo de verificacion

se va a colocar la tarjeta sim en otro tlf para poder recibir el codigo

cst desea desactivar doble factor para evitar esta situación
