cst no puede trabajar con la aplica

cst no puede trabajar con la aplicación mail
no posee antivirus
se intenta en modo seguro y continua la falla
se pide al cst compartir pantalla y por mi parte no es posible
se ayuda al cst a crear nuevo usuario con características de administrador
se ingresa en el usuario y funciona el mail de manera perfecta
se logra ingresar cuenta de correo y trabaja perfectamente
se transfiere llamada a T2
