Regarding your concern, we are unable to recover or reimburse your items.

Moreover, verbal agreements are not binding and we do not honor them. Once your items have been locked into the trade window or sent via in-game mail, you are automatically agreeing to the terms of the trade that are reflected in the other person's side. If they have nothing locked in, you are agreeing to get nothing in return. The agreement does not extend beyond that to something they promised verbally.
